Teresa (Terri) Schneider has over 30 years appraisal experience and holds a Certified Residential License with the State of Missouri. Terri specializes in property values in Warren, Lincoln and St. Charles County. She works directly with many of the local banks in the area. Terri has completed all education requirements necessary to maintain her residential certification since 1993. Terri has been working in Warren and Lincoln Counties for over 10 years and is very proficient with rural properties and more unique homes, as well as larger tracts of ground and recreational properties. Tonya Hall has over 30 years appraisal experience and holds a Certified General License with the State of Missouri. Tonya has been working in the appraisal industry for since 1990 and upgraded to a Certified General License in 2004. Tonya primarily covers St. Louis city and county for residential properties. Commercial services are offered for St. Louis City & County, St. Charles County, Warren County and Lincoln County. Tonya has worked hard to stay up to date with the changing markets in the area.
